Terms of Service

Kindly note that clients are responsible for securing their commission files within one week after delivery.

Please always provide proper credit when sharing my artwork. The credit should be clearly visible, such as in a caption, bio, or credits section. Hiding, removing, or misattributing the credit is strictly prohibited.

My artwork is strictly prohibited from being used for AI training or minted as NFTs under any circumstances.

Commissions will be included in my portfolio, shared on social media, and may be live-streamed during their creation.

Please ensure that all payments are processed through the official payment methods provided.

Payment must be made either full upfront or upon sketch approval within 48 hours. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your order.

Prices shown are starting points and can vary depending on the character’s details and overall complexity.

YCH commissions come with free simple revisions.

Free revisions maximum 3 times (YCH not included). Any additional revisions will be charged between 3 USD to 50 USD depending on complexity. Revisions caused by my error are exempt from this count.

If you do not respond within 72 hours after I send an update, I will proceed to the next phase, including delivering the final files.

Depending on the project, I usually take between 1 week to 2 months to complete it, unless a different timeframe is mentioned in the service description.

Rush fees of $50 - 100 USD may apply to projects with deadlines within 20 days of confirmation, depending on the complexity and my current workload.

Deadlines are counted from the date payment is received.

I strictly prohibit my works from being sold or distributed as NFTs or used in any form of AI datasets. Uploading my work to such platforms constitutes a direct violation of my Terms of Service.

I reserve the right to revoke usage rights for both personal and commercial artwork without issuing a refund if the client violates the Terms of Service.

Personal Use (non-profit): Personal use includes posting on social media, using it as a profile picture, banner, desktop or phone wallpaper, or printing it for yourself.

Monetized Content Use (Profitable): Use on streaming platforms includes panels, emotes, overlays, VTuber/PNGTuber models, YouTube thumbnails, YouTube videos, and similar content.

Commercial Merchandising (Profitable): Reproduction of the artwork for products like stickers, merchandise, or any goods for sale falls under this category.

I retain full rights to the artwork itself, but ownership of the character design (for OCs) remains with you.

Commercial rights are not included unless explicitly discussed and agreed upon during the request process.

I reserve the right to use commissioned works for self-promotion and portfolio purposes.

I only offer refunds during the initial sketch process. No refunds after the sketch is approved. Unless I am unable to complete the commission.

You can receive a full refund if I haven't started your sketch yet.

If your commission is not completed by the agreed-upon deadline, you can request a full refund.

Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, idea generation and collaboration, situational updates, and more.
